Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve their functional capabilities and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve specific goals
  • Provide direct patient care, including physical therapy interventions and education
  • Document and record patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification
  • Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or proactively in the process of obtaining licensure
  • Other requirements determined by the client facility
