Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a designated service vehicle (tow trucks, battery service vehicles, etc.)
- Conduct basic diagnostics and troubleshooting on vehicles.
- Provide outstanding customer service experiences.

Key Duties:
- Drive and operate service vehicles for tasks such as flat tire changes, lock-out assistance, and fuel delivery.
- Engage with customers on-site, building rapport and trust while solving problems.
- Utilize sales skills to promote AAA products and services during service interactions.
- Maintain accurate daily paperwork, including call logs and invoices.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of two years in a customer-facing role.

Education & Training:
- Completion of AAA Compliance Training and relevant automotive certifications is preferred.
- Vocational technical automotive training or equivalent experience is advantageous.

Work Environment:
- This role involves outdoor work at various vehicle sites, requiring physical stamina to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Be prepared to work in diverse weather conditions and traffic scenarios.

Compensation:
- Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $24.50 per hour, with potential additional earnings of up to $1,300 monthly based on quality and productivity incentives.
