Starbucks Lead Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Starbucks Lead Barista to join our team at Kroger. As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing a team of baristas, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness in our coffee shop.

• Customer Service: Provide prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase, and preparation to customers, ensuring that service standards are met and surpassed.
• Team Management: Supervise and direct a team of baristas to ensure quality customer service, delegate job assignments, and maintain a clean and appealing work environment.
• Inventory Management: Order and maintain stock and supplies, monitor conditions and appearance of same throughout the department.
• Quality Control: Monitor code dates and product rotation, remove out-of-code product, and maintain customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
• Communication: Demonstrate clear communication with customers and associates, and perform any and all duties as assigned.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a related role.
• Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills, ability to calmly and courteously handle stressful situations, and ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
