About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Brookings, Oregon. As a member of our direct care team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in crisis de-escalation training and respond to facility requests for coverage
Requirements
  • Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Must have a valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Must be able to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly wage: $22.00 per hour DOE/Credentials
  • Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential
  • 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates
