Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team at St. Johns Skilled Nursing Facility in Kearney, NE. As a licensed practical nurse, you will play a vital role in providing professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed
  • Contribute to the assessment of residents and administer medications or treatments as ordered
  • Document resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Current unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
  • Ongoing required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility
