Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Charge Nurse II to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Charge Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our Acute Care unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical expertise and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and individualized care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, promoting a seamless and efficient experience for patients and families.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and coaching to support growth and development.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
Requirements
  • Current Maryland Registered Nurse License
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification for application to telemetry
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Charge Nurse or in a leadership role
