Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional support to our senior residents, promoting their well-being and independence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, medication management, and social-recreational activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of infection control procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care.

Requirements

  • 6 months of experience in senior caregiving or a related field (training provided for new healthcare professionals).
  • Prioritize resident dignity, privacy, and independence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
