About the Role
">The Culinary Services Director is a key member of our team at Solstice Senior Living, LLC, responsible for planning and directing the overall operations of the Culinary Department. This includes developing and implementing strategies to ensure quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis.
As a seasoned leader, you will have 2+ years of experience as a Head Cook in a high-volume kitchen, with a proven track record of success in managing culinary teams.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, who can motivate and supervise department staff in accordance with company policy.

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
Education and Experience

- 2+ years of experience as a Head Cook in a high-volume kitchen;">
- Previous experience in a senior living community preferred;">
- College courses or other education in food service and/or management preferred;">
- Completion of an ADA-approved course in quantity food purchasing, production, service, and nutrition preferred.">
