RN Supervisor

Job Summary:
Apart from possessing a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work, this position requires a strong ability to lead and direct nursing assistants in delivering quality care. Your expertise in evaluating nursing care and following established health and sanitary policies will be vital in ensuring a safe environment for our residents.

About the Role:
This part-time opportunity is available for someone who can commit to working on weekends. As a nurse manager, you will be responsible for supervising nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. With your excellent communication skills, you will guide and support colleagues through any challenges they may face. We offer a competitive salary of $33.00-$36.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess resident's needs and develop an individualized care plan
- Administer nursing care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivering quality care
- Maintain established health and sanitary policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered RN license within the state
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
