Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and customize ServiceNow applications using scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems via APIs to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Design data structures and configure workflows using Flow Designer.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to ensure data security and create comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, business stakeholders, and IT teams to address ongoing needs and ensure successful implementation.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience for junior roles or 5+ years for advanced positions.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript development frameworks.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • ServiceNow certifications and ITIL qualifications are a plus.
  • U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance; an active Secret Clearance is preferred.
