We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Froedtert Health. As a CT and Diagnostic X-ray Technologist, you will play a critical role in preparing patients, performing imaging procedures, and operating imaging equipment. Your expertise will be essential in adhering to organizational customer service standards and supporting excellence initiatives.
Responsibilities- Prepare patients for imaging procedures and operate imaging equipment to perform diagnostic studies.
- Utilize appropriate radiation protection measures and adhere to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols.
- Provide positive and effective interaction and communication with patients, visitors, and staff.
- Perform ancillary services and assist in patient care areas as necessary.
- One year of current clinical experience in each modality is preferred.
- Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program is required.
- ARRT registered and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer is required.
- Registered by the ARRT in CT, Mammography or Bones Density within 18 months of hire/transfer is required.
