Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Lead to manage all aspects of food production for banquets at Vinayaka Hospitality Westchester.

Estimated Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and managing food items for customers using quality predetermined methods in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Setting up stations with predetermined methods to service all banquet functions.
  • Practicing sanitation and safety daily to ensure total customer satisfaction.
