You will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning and delivery.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring that every patient receives the direct and proper care needed.
- Analyze patient information to develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Prepare nursing processes, such as medication administration and treatments, to provide comprehensive and effective patient care.
- Reconcile medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Evaluate patient response to interventions and identify any additional interventions needed to meet defined goals of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (required); 1 year in a clinical specialty (preferred).
- Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- BLS (CPR) certification.
