Responsibilities
As a General Dentist, you will be responsible for providing dental care through corrective care, prevention of dental disease, and promotion of dental health. You will work with a team of 1 Assistant, 1 Hygienist, and 3 Operatories per site. The practice uses NextGen System and Patterson Dental equipment.
About the Compensation and Benefits
Our company offers an excellent salary, a minimum 3-year contract, and a 6-month probationary period. You will also receive 15 Vacation Days, 5 Sick Days, 10 Holidays, 5 CME Days, and a $1200 CME allowance. Additionally, you will be eligible for Medical/Dental/Vision, Term Life Insurance, LTD AD Insurance, 401K, and Moving Expenses.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively with patients, administration, and medical personnel. You must also be able to work under stress while maintaining a level of quiescence that decreases anxiety in personnel and patients. Finally, you must be able to work with children.
