Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance personal growth and ensure individual progress.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals, their families, and other team members to identify desired outcomes and develop personalized support plans.
  • Provide transportation and support to individuals to improve their community access skills.
  • Assist individuals in managing their personal funds and adhering to Region V Services procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and training conferences to enhance job performance and expand knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent knowledge.
  • Prefer one year of experience in the field of human services.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license or other adequate means of transportation.
  • Reliable means of communication (e.g., telephone, cell phone, etc.).
