- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients in a school setting.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and educators to ensure holistic care and optimal client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and communication with other healthcare professionals.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- IEP experience preferred but not required.
- AAC devices experience.
