Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Lakeview NeuroRehabilitation. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct patient care to individuals requiring TBI rehabilitation and intensive medical management services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Deliver patient care routinely and gather data according to condition reports as indicated
- Assist with medication management and monitoring
- Participate in treatment team decisions, collecting data, verbalizing patient needs, and documenting patient responses
- Adhere to safe work practices consistent with Lakeview's mission, Medical Staff Bylaws, Administrative, Clinical, and Human Resources policies and procedures
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse school of nursing
- CPR certified
- ACLS Certified within 6 months of hire
- Current Wisconsin State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- One year of experience with sub-acute or traumatic brain injury care for all age groups
- Competitive hourly rate of $40.78 (plus differentials for NOC shift)
