- Stock merchandise according to visual standards, schematics, and productivity standards.
- Cashier according to customer service guidelines and register procedures.
- Maintain the stockroom and sales floor organization and standards.
- Adhere to all Company loss prevention policy and procedures, and distressed merchandise procedures.
- Perform general housekeeping tasks as directed by management.
- Unload trucks as needed.
- A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative and respectful culture.
- 1 year of experience in retail preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to initiate a conversation.
- Minimum age 16 years.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Hourly Pay Range is $16.85-$17.35. Part-time associates are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan after working 250 hours within their first three (3) months of employment. Benefits for full-time employment on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment include offerings for programs including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending, Commuter Benefits, and Employee Assistance.
