As a Supervisor at TFI Family Services, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting a team of case managers and support workers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
- Collaborating with court systems and case managers to develop and implement effective service plans.
- Providing guidance and support to staff to help them build strong relationships with families and children.
- Staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments to ensure the team is equipped to provide the highest level of service.
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced leader who is committed to empowering staff to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
