The Regional Merchandising Specialist will be responsible for maximizing product visibility and driving sales in convenience stores. This role requires a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and drive sales.
  2. Implement planograms and ensure that products are displayed according to company guidelines.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with store managers to maintain adequate stock levels.
  4. Strategically place products in high-traffic areas within convenience stores to increase visibility.
  5. Coordinate promotional activities and product launches within convenience stores.
  6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
  7. Provide training and support to store personnel on merchandising best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in merchandising, preferably in the convenience store industry.
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
