Nurse Director in Training

• Assist the Assistant Director of Health Services and/or Director of Health Services in managing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Services Department
• Learn and understand the policies and procedures that govern the level of care within your Health Campus
• Develop methods for coordination of nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in facility surveys and follow all safety regulations, programs, and policies
• Support campus, departmental goals, and the overall objectives of the Company

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a RN degree
• Current, unencumbered, valid state RN license and current, valid CPR certification
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs and maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates
