Position Overview
This role is responsible for executing maintenance and manufacturing activities on aircraft, their components, and parts, adhering to the standards set by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and Erickson Air-Crane (EAC).

Key Responsibilities
- Execute disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair, fabrication, and assembly of aircraft and their components.
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.
- Install aircraft components both at the fixed base of operations and in field settings.
- Interpret and adhere to the Repair Station Quality Manual, Production Certificate Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, Federal Aviation Regulations, Technical Manuals, Drawings, and Specifications.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, following EAC's guiding principles.
- Achieve and uphold task qualifications for all assigned duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in aircraft parts and components during regular operations and Aircraft On Ground (AOG) scenarios.
- Perform administrative tasks as required, including time entry and document management.
- Manage the ordering, receiving, and returning of parts in line with company policies.
- Travel as necessary to fulfill company and customer obligations.
- Engage in Lean practices, Standard Work, and Continuous Process Improvements.
- Mentor and train new employees when qualified to do so.
- Undertake inspector duties if qualified.

Minimum Qualifications
- Familiarity with EAC, FAA, and customer regulations for aircraft maintenance and manufacturing.
- Proficient in disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair, fabrication, and assembly of aircraft components.
- Strong documentation skills to meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in installing electrical and avionic components in both fixed and field environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies during regular operations and AOG situations.
- Maintain task qualifications for all performed work.
- Competent in using tools, equipment, manuals, drawings, and specifications for aircraft maintenance and manufacturing.
- Desired qualifications include an Airframe and/or Powerplant license and FCC license.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a valid Driver's license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Responsible for the care of precision measuring equipment and tools.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
