In this position, you will engage in electro-mechanical assembly tasks across our diverse product offerings.We are seeking a mechanically adept individual eager to develop and enhance their skill set within a well-established team environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assemble components based on an understanding of the unit being constructed or by adhering to blueprints.
2. Secure parts together using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
3. Execute wiring tasks including stripping, crimping, and soldering.
4. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.
5. Conduct performance tests on specific products to meet established standards.
6. Review picklists and retrieve, label, and prepare parts for assembly or shipment.
7. Pack kits for customer orders.
8. Occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
WORKING HOURS:
Expectations include hours exceeding 40 per week and occasional weekend work.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 0-3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience interpreting blueprints.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
