Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Educational Technician to join our team at the Naval Medical Command. As an Educational Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the education and training programs within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the education and training department, including maintaining records, processing paperwork, and coordinating logistics.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of education and training programs, including curriculum design, instructional materials, and evaluation.
  • Support the coordination of educational events, conferences, and workshops, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Provide technical assistance to instructors and staff on education and training-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of education and training activities, including participant rosters, evaluation results, and program metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in education or training, preferably in a military or government setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Experience with education and training software, including learning management systems and evaluation tools.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultures.
