Position Overview

The Cost Analyst role is integral to producing a diverse range of cost assessments that support various stages of the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support to the Government workforce by utilizing cost estimation principles, theories, and methodologies across multiple tasks.
  • Assist in the development, review, and provision of feedback on technical and programmatic baselines or Cost Analysis Requirements Descriptions, and generate estimates based on these inputs.
  • Evaluate program risk factors and their potential impacts on both cost and schedule.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience in cost analysis.
  • Proficiency in widely accepted cost analysis and estimation techniques, including those outlined in the International Cost Estimating Analysis Association certification program.
  • Ability to produce deliverables that comply with all relevant standards and policies as specified by the Government.
