Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at the Special School District of St. Louis County. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing applied behavior analysis services to students in our district.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training and support to students, teachers, and families. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that students receive the highest quality services and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
  • Provide training and support to teachers and families on behavior intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress and make data-driven decisions to inform instruction
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as special education or behavior analysis, and be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also need to have experience working with students with severe behavioral needs and a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and practices.
