The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in the food and beverage operations at Enmarket, collaborating with the management team to meet operational, sales, and profitability objectives. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and well-stocked food service areas, ensuring compliance with safe food handling practices and presentation standards. The Culinary Operations Supervisor also provides exceptional customer service, managing tasks such as food preparation, customer interaction, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold the company's mission, vision, and values.
  • Effectively address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
  • Welcome customers with warmth and deliver outstanding service.
  • Order food-related supplies and oversee inventory management.
  • Prepare food orders while ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Maintain well-stocked food service areas throughout the shift.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs appropriately.
  • Follow proper vendor check-in protocols.
  • Regularly log refrigerator temperatures and report any discrepancies.
  • Complete shift responsibilities accurately and punctually.
  • Adhere to company policies and foster teamwork.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed for store operations.
Qualifications:
  • Customer-focused and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.
  • Physical capability to manage inventory.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Strong work ethic and collaborative spirit.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Assistant General Manager.
