The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with sanitation, OSHA regulations, and site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor work activities, including training and supervising employees, to ensure adherence to GMP guidelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections of areas, equipment, and working conditions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including training, inspections, attendance, and metric data.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address areas of non-compliance.
  • Collaborate with employees to ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with management to report employee personnel and customer issues.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and implement changes as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field from a four-year college or university, with 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license may be required.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.

Compensation and Benefits

$49,000 - $50,000 per year, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
