Position Summary
The role of the Machine Operator involves the operation and oversight of various machinery within the production line, ensuring that our products are manufactured efficiently and meet high-quality standards. This position encompasses the setup, operation, and adjustment of machinery, along with performing routine maintenance to guarantee optimal functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee machinery on the production line to achieve production targets while upholding quality standards.
- Conduct machine setup, which includes installing and adjusting molds, and making necessary modifications for proper operation.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machines to ensure they operate at peak performance.
- Monitor and document product specifications, including dimensions, weight, and shape, to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Quickly identify and resolve machine and production issues to minimize downtime and maintain the production schedule.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to foster a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a related field is advantageous.
- Fundamental knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting capabilities.
