Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist-Rehab to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive occupational therapy program, performing patient evaluations, setting goals, creating treatment plans, and educating patients and families.

The selected candidate will provide care according to Occupational therapy policies and procedures and apply treatment techniques in accordance with designated practice acts. This role includes supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Technicians when needed and participating in clinical research trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients to determine their occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide education and training to patients and families
  • Supervise OTAs and RTs as needed
  • Participate in clinical research trials

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and a California license in Occupational Therapy. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
