Reliability Specialist/Engineer

Job Description

The Reliability Specialist will drive Continuous Improvement through applying Lean principals and will manage maintenance program and systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment and processes, minimizing downtime and optimizing production. The ideal candidate will have experience with TPM, AMM, CMMs, and other maintenance systems, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules
Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance
Analyze and troubleshoot equipment issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce downtime

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in maintenance and reliability
Strong knowledge of TPM, AMM, CMMs, and other maintenance systems
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
