Key Responsibilities:

The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring that all areas of the property, including the business office, model units, and common spaces, are maintained in a clean, orderly, and appealing condition.

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing, utilizing powered equipment as necessary.
• Ensure all designated areas are cleaned in accordance with health and safety regulations, company procedures, and established schedules.
• Manage waste disposal by transporting trash and recyclables to designated areas, ensuring proper handling of chemical products.
• Safeguard and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Adhere to safety protocols, report hazards, and participate in safety training sessions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and equipment records, ensuring storage areas and cleaning carts are organized and well-stocked.
• Engage in team meetings to share insights and suggestions for enhancing cleaning and maintenance practices.
• Interact with residents in a courteous and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. A working knowledge of cleaning products and their appropriate uses is advantageous. Candidates must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to follow instructions, maintain records, and communicate effectively with colleagues and residents. Reliable transportation is required.
