*As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in promoting the health, wellness, and illness prevention of our residents through dedicated nursing and personal care activities. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities including administering treatments or medications, executing clinical procedures, and accurately documenting patient clinical data.
*Your contributions will help meet the care needs of our patients.

  • Responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of competent care and safety are consistently provided to all residents.
  • Manage physician orders, administer medications, gather and maintain resident data, monitor vital signs, and assist with resident comfort.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and their families in a professional manner.
*A degree from an accredited nursing program is essential.

  • Experience or education in long-term care or geriatric nursing is preferred.
  • Candidates must be adaptable, punctual, professional, and dependable.
  • Basic computer skills are required; experience with PCC e-MAR is a plus.
