We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Creative Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of creative and multimedia projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project needs and specifications
  • Use a variety of videography, photography, and production software, equipment, and techniques to produce high-quality content
  • Edit segments of motion video production footage, special effects, sound recordings, and color for the post-production process
  • Consult with stakeholders from pre-production through production and post-production processes
  • Assist with the production of live events such as podcasts, webinars, all-company meetings, and off-site events
  • Help maintain and monitor equipment and systems utilized for presentations and conferencing
  • Continuously investigate and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Management Information Systems, or related program
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • A portfolio or examples of your work to showcase to our team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut X, or iMovie)
  • Experience with technical platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
