Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise in LLM models to design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning solutions that address intricate language-related challenges in the international seller services sector.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to define project requirements, establish success metrics, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to extract insights, identify trends, and formulate actionable recommendations that enhance seller performance and customer experiences across diverse international marketplaces.
  • Continuously investigate and assess cutting-edge NLP techniques and methodologies to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of language-related systems.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear explanations and guidance on proposed solutions and their potential impacts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • PhD or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in solving business challenges through machine learning, data mining, and statistical algorithms.
  • Proven experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or related languages.
  • Experience in developing speech recognition, machine translation, and natural language processing systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with generative deep learning models applicable to the creation of synthetic humans, including CNNs, GANs, VAEs, and NF.
  • Expertise in NLP, generative AI, LLM, or deep learning and reinforcement learning.

Our compensation reflects the labor market across various US geographic areas. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,000/year in our lowest geographic market to $222,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is influenced by multiple factors, including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon offers a comprehensive compensation package that may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
