Key Responsibilities
  • Operate asphalt paving machines safely and efficiently, controlling material flow and depth distribution.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal working condition, performing minor servicing and maintenance as needed.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve project goals, adhering to industry standards and job specifications.
  • Participate in preparatory work, including grading and drainage, to ensure smooth paving operations.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of asphalt paving principles, including aggregate size, oil consistencies, and compaction techniques.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in asphalt and road construction preferred.
  • Strong understanding of asphalt paving principles and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
