Responsibilities
* Lead analytical methodology development efforts for a critical Intelligence Community mission
* Drive requirements and tasking, getting buy-in from Government stakeholders
* Inspire your colleagues to work toward common goals and mentor more junior employees
* Identify areas for improvement and propose/design solutions to address those improvements, particularly data-driven solutions

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
* 15 years' experience in analysis, analytical methodology development, and/or software development
* Advanced degree in a STEM discipline (desired)
* Significant experience in technical leadership (desired)
* Experience supporting proposal technical volumes, writing white papers and other business development and strategic activities (desired)
