Role Overview:
As a CNA, you will be a vital part of our Med/Surg unit, providing essential personal care under the guidance of Registered Nurses. Your role will involve:
  • Delivering direct personal care while adhering to the scope of practice.
  • Collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Managing departmental resources responsibly.
  • Committing to ongoing personal development and meeting annual in-service requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $20.00 to $26.50 per hour, along with generous shift differentials:
  • Nights: Additional $3.00
  • Weekends: Extra $1.00 for both day and night shifts

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • Current Oregon Certified Nursing Assistant I or II Certification.
  • BLS certification obtained within three months of employment.
  • Preferred experience as a nursing assistant.
  • Compliance with recertification and continuing education requirements.

Essential Skills:
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
  • Good judgment and patience in a busy environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
