Position Summary:


As a Licensed HVAC Specialist, you will be tasked with the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across the resort. Your expertise is vital in ensuring a comfortable and safe atmosphere for both guests and staff members.

Your responsibilities will encompass both indoor and outdoor areas of the resort, including guest accommodations, communal spaces, and recreational facilities. Additionally, you will engage in general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, repairs, painting, and carpentry.

‎ :

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of all HVAC systems and components to guarantee optimal performance, efficiency, and safety.


Swiftly address any HVAC-related issues reported by the front desk, providing updates upon resolution.

Execute preventative maintenance, repairs, or suggest necessary repairs on HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with resort standards.

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions, implementing necessary adjustments or repairs.

Install new HVAC systems and components as required, adhering to safety regulations and industry standards.


Maintain all HVAC tools and equipment in a clean, safe, and organized manner, promptly reporting any required corrective actions to the Chief Engineer.


Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, or make recommendations for repairs on all mechanical/electrical, refrigeration, and plumbing systems, as well as all building components and furnishings.

Engage in painting, carpentry, plumbing, emergency carpet cleaning, and other tasks as needed.


Keep the Chief Engineer informed of any significant issues or unusual occurrences to facilitate prompt corrective measures.

Carry out all duties with minimal disruption to guests.

Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Licensed HVAC Specialist

Possession of a valid HVAC certification

Ability to stand for extended periods

Capability to lift over 50 pounds

Aptitude to work in varying temperatures
