Renal Dietitian

Fresenius Medical Care Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to provide nutritional services for our in-center and home patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nutrition and experience working with patients with kidney disease.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' knowledge of diet and kidney disease and provide education tailored to their learning needs.
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans to optimize patients' nutritional status and improve clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Monitor patients' nutritional status and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical nutrition
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Travel between facilities and community locations may be required.
SupervisionThis is an independent role with no direct supervision.
Education and CredentialsA Registered Dietitian (RD) certification is required. Board Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition is encouraged.
