Key Responsibilities and QualificationsAs a Clinical Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee the direction and coordination of all unit functions during your assigned shifts under the supervision of the unit director.
- Continuously assess the quality of patient care services provided within the unit.
- Monitor, document, report, and address changes in patients' conditions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to evaluate, plan, implement, and adjust care plans based on patient responses.
- Delegate nursing tasks appropriately while retaining accountability for patient care.
- Provide tailored education to patients, families, and caregivers throughout the care continuum.
- Adhere to safety and infection control standards in patient care delivery.
Qualifications required:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure from the KY Board of Nursing or a compact state.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
