Job Title: Facade Drafter

We are seeking a highly skilled Facade Drafter to join our team at GPAC. As a Facade Drafter, you will play a critical role in the design and development of commercial building enclosures.

Responsibilities:
  • Review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare shop drawings for architects' approval and fabrication using AutoCAD.
  • Develop detailed drawings and specifications for building envelope components, including wall panels, curtain walls, and specialty items.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Field measure and layout to ensure accurate installation of building envelope components.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in facade drafting, curtain wall design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
