Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Golden Corral, Zeal Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of baked goods, from classic breads to decadent desserts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Production: Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and other baked items to meet production needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that every product in the bakery is fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot when appropriate. Maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards.
  • Guest Service: Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, assisting them with baked goods and ensuring just-in-time delivery.
  • Cleanliness: Perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards, following local health department laws.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow recipes and standards, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
