Key Skills:

  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines, data models, queries, and scripts.
  • Explore ways to enhance performance across the entire process, considering the full end-to-end perspective.
  • Contribute to data management policies, standards, and procedures. Identify opportunities for process improvement, including automating manual tasks, optimizing data delivery, and enhancing infrastructure scalability.
  • Architect and build Cloud-based infrastructure for both real-time and batch ETL processes.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on development experience with: Python, Spark, SQL, Cloud-based ETL tools, Azure Data Factory/Databricks, and Snowflake.
  • Expert-level capabilities with: Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, ETL interfaces, and Data Analytics solutions.
  • 5+ Years of experience providing data solutions, architecture, design, and delivery, in a Data Engineering role within a large financial institution.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Computer/Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics.
