We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Freeburg Care Center.

Job Summary

This is a full-time and part-time night shift position, working from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a passion for working in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments

  • Time and a half pay for overtime hours worked
  • Flexible scheduling, with every other weekend off
