About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team at the Defense Health Agency. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary health care services to patients, including examination, diagnosis, and treatment within your scope of practice.
  • Direct and manage patient care, including developing treatment plans and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.
  • Perform complex medical procedures, including laboratory tests and X-rays, to diagnose and treat patients.
  • Develop and implement new techniques and criteria for providing improved patient care.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to plan and coordinate patient care services.
Requirements
  • US Citizenship required.
  • At least one year of licensed clinical experience after completing an APRN program.
  • Current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
