Role Expectations

As a Senior Software Engineering Manager, you'll lead 1-2 software engineering teams, overseeing our consumer product experiences. You'll leverage your understanding of your teams' domains, stakeholders, and business needs to inform prioritization and scoping efforts. You'll facilitate technical decision-making across mobile, web, and backend technologies, working closely with cross-functional partners.

Technical Requirements

We're seeking a seasoned professional with:

  • 5+ years of software development experience building modern software applications.
  • 4+ years of experience in engineering management or a similar position.

We're a Python/Django shop, with a strong focus on PostgreSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, Kotlin, Swift, React Native, React/Typescript, and GraphQL (Apollo/Typescript).
