Job Title: Virtual Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Virtual Banker to join our team at Park State Bank. As a Virtual Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through virtual channels, such as phone, video conferencing, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized and professional banking support to clients through virtual communication channels.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using virtual banking platforms and applications.
  • Assist clients with account-related activities, including transfers and maintenance, debit card inquiries, and enrollment in self-service products.
  • Investigate and resolve client complaints, issues, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a contact center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
