We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident conditions and needs to the supervisor.
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management.
  • Respond to emergency call lights and provide timely assistance.
  • Assist with dining room duties and provide support to residents with mealtime needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, relatives, and visitors.
