Key Responsibilities
  • New plumbing and mechanical systems installation, including piping of varying sizes and types.
  • Demo work of existing plumbing systems when necessary, often involving renovation projects.
  • Top candidates may be required to competently read drawings/specs/schematics and provide crew management, including crew layout for up to 6 people.

Required skills include working in the commercial plumbing and mechanical trade for 4 years or more, knowledge of sanitary, grease waste, indirect/special waste, storm, venting systems, domestic water, plumbing fixtures, and equipment, among others.
